Chase Friend Party

I dug through the party box and had just enough pirate stuff left over to use for Bubs friends party.  He was happy with it...so I was too! This was our fist time having friends over to celebrate a birthday. He chose to have Gage, Annabelle and Taylor.  We were happy with that!

We asked Milo if he'd mind if we did the pinata that we were supposed to do on his birthday...and he didn't - because he's awesome like that.  He got to participate in it too, of course.

Happy Anniversary

Our Anniversary was kept low key this year..and that was just fine.  I did bake my sweetie an apple pie (his favorite) and had it waiting for him when he got home in the middle of the night from work.

We spent it with our favorite little people and fixed ourselves a nice "fancy" meal that most people would go to a restaurant for.  ..and it was delicious. 

Our baby blows kisses and then holds his hand out for you to kiss it.  So, we tried it in reverse tonight and I blew him a kiss and then help out my hand for him to kiss it...and he did!  14 month old kissy baby lips are SO sweet!  💋💙

Wrong Foot

Chase cried at drop off this morning and it just started me off on the wrong foot.  I don't feel right and I'm overthinking EVERYTHING.  Ugh!  So thankful for this little sweetheart and his snuggles 💙

Sylas Is Cute!

9/3 Sylas is blowing kisses in a whole new way.  He now sucks the palm of his hand into his mouth and make a "kiss sound" when he pulls it out.  : )  The precious smile that follows is amazing too!  He's so sweet and special! <3  The reaction on Chase's face when he realized that Sy did that was so cute!  He loves his baby!

9/12 Big bubbas are at school and Sy is just quiet today.  We think he misses them.  Letting him explore the deck and he's being SO good.  Staying on it and playing sweetly.  Pretty sure he thinks he's bug stuff getting to be out there!  : )

9/20 Sy actually SAYS "goo goo gah gah"!  Haha

Just Sy and I at bedtime because big boys stayed the night at Grandma's.  He doesn't like to snuggle too much right now.  He's in a "on the move" phase.  Which makes me sad and long to HOLD him...But, I hope and pray that this is just a phase and he will want to snuggle again soon.  He did let me read him a story before bed though.  Special times with my little sweetie!

9/24 We spent a lot of time at Grandma's this weekend so he is really enjoying being by himself and playing so good in his room while the big boys take a bath.  He is so into everything lately and can be so onery that this is soooo nice!  I love it when he does this 💙 Oh, and the cheesy grin he gave me when I said his name for a picture was just icing on the cake!

He climbed up on the footstool and wanted to brush his teeth too 💙  He's going to learn things quick watching those big brothers!
