Choo Choo Train
A lady Sandy works with found out I have a little boy and gave us a few of her sons old toys. This cute little wooden train set was one of them. Chase likes to sit in the middle of it and watch it go around and around. He'll spin in circles on his bum while he's watching it go around. So cute!
Flowers
I have had so much fun already watching all my flowers start to come up! I have tulips everywhere and other things sprouting up all over the place. My phlox around my trees out front are starting to bloom too! It makes my house feel much more like a home for some reason. I've only had a few things that I expected to be coming in by now that I don't think made it. Yay! All my hard work is paying off!
Hose
So it turns out the hose is really fun to play with! Chase was thoroughly entertained for probably 30 minutes by it! They would fill up a bowl and he would dump it and fill it up again. Josh also thought he just HAD to teach him to drink out of it. Now that is what Chase thinks it's for...haha! By the way...can you believe it was warm enough to play in the hose in MARCH?! Awesome!
OB Visit
Josh took a day off to be able to go to my last appointment with me. We got to hear the heartbeat for the first time and he wanted to be there for that. Josh thought it would be cool for us to take Chase - so he tagged along with us. He was a really good boy the whole time. The heart rate was 148. Dr. Staudte joked that it was a girl. He did that the whole time with Chase too though!
Mr. Tiny was tuckered and took a little snooze on the way home. Josh and I thought he looked rather adorable so I took his picture. I have a picture of every tiny moment we think is cute - let's hope I can keep up that rate with baby #2!
Early Summer
Chase is loving this "early summer" as much as we are! How could you ever be mad about this!? It's great!
He even talked Grandma Mitchell into taking him outside to play at her house.
...and helped Grandpa "mow" his yard at their house! : ) I want to find him a mower like this that blows bubbles. I think he would love it!
Corned Beef
This year we celebrated St. Patty's day with our corned beef feast a week early. We made it a combo party and celebrated Dad's birthday and Colista's birthday while we were at it. I love this meal once a year...YUM!
Josh even got to be there - which I was really happy about! : ) He ended up getting sick later that night...so he wasn't feeling so hot...but I will still glad he was there.
Eden is the most sociable as an infant out of all of Jeremy's kids. (I think) She was giggling and playing with Uncle Ty here. We do love our only little girl!
Colista was having a Scentsy basket party so we ended the festivities by smelling some good scents and eating our GREEN jello cake. Almost the entire cake got eaten - the kids loved it!

My Amazing Life
Moments like the ones I am having today are what I live for and I hope I can remember forever. Chase and I are home just the two of us this morning. Him and I are both still in our jammies at 11:00 (him without pants, as usual..haha) and we are listening to the radio and dancing together to songs we like while I'm cooking up some lasagna. He is quite the little dancer - my little man has moves! He puts his arms up to me when he wants to dance with me and he'll lay his head down on my shoulder and squeeze onto me. So sweet and precious! I think he enjoys it as much as I do. : ) This is truly what life is about for me and I wouldn't have it any other way!

Devoured
I bought some big beautiful strawberries and stuffed them with a little cream cheese mixture to have as our dessert with dinner one evening. Josh and I demolished them. They are SOOO good! After helping Colista with strawberry day last year I didn't think I'd ever stuff another strawberry again...but I did and it was so worth it! Yummy!
Fishy Lips
Chase's fishy lips are his latest thing! I think he does it when he doesn't have his binky..but either way it's cute! It is funny when you ask him to make his fishy lips and he tries to do it while he's smiling and he can't...then he laughs.
Cones
Chase was throwing quite a huge fit at Mom and Dad's as we were getting ready to leave. I'm still not sure what he was so upset about but there was no getting through to him - he was just in full on fit mode. Eden got under the table and had baby talk with him and then he came out. Haha!
Despite his fit Grandpa gave him a little ice cream cone since Eden had one. It was his first experience and mighty cute.

Lazy
Look at these lazy boys! Josh loves as much as I do that Chase will snuggle up right next to us and just chill. : )

Girl Scout Cookies
We got 4 boxes of girl scout cookies this year. The first day we got them Josh was home and we all chowed down on them. After that we haven't had much interest in them. Chase LOVES them though, of course! He can reach everything - and I have them on top of the counter - and occasionally he goes in the kitchen and reaches up and grabs the box of cookies and carries them to me because he wants one. I was eating one and he saw me so he went and got them once too..then the next day I was telling Josh that story and he heard me so he went and got them again. He is so smart and cute about things!
Pregnancy Progress..
When I had Josh take the picture at 11 weeks I figured it would be a starting picture where there wasn't any bump yet - but there is a tiny one! I didn't even realize it til I saw it in the picture. Hopefully soon I'll get past the chubby appearance and move on to the pregnant appearance.
3 Lives
Josh went and saved 3 lives at the blood drive in town. As you can see - he wasn't thrilled about me taking his picture! Haha! It was cool though because he never got to do things like that before because it didn't work with his work schedule. Since he was off during the day this day he was able to. Yay!
Books Are Fun
Chase can reach the shelf in his room where we keep his books now. He is always getting some down to play with. He will bring them to Josh and I to read to him. Quite a bit lately he will get quiet (which usually means he's up to no good) and I go to see what he's doing and he is sitting down looking at books. I love it! Such a nice surprise to find him being such a good sweet boy!
So True
Colista got Chase this onesie and it couldn't be more perfect for right now! It says "My Mommy is Exhausted"! Haha! We've gotten a lot of comments on it.
Skyping With Daddy
We have started skyping with Josh when he is out of town overnight so that way Chase can still "see" him. The first time we did it Chase didn't really know what to think of it. He didn't do a whole lot. The next time he caught right on. He was pointing at the screen and "talking" to Daddy. He even gave him kisses and waved bye bye when we were done. So incredibly adorable and sweet!
Kelley Babies
For now, these 2 sweeties are still the babies of the family. Eden was wearing her shamrocks so I stuck Chase in his shirt for a cute photo. They even posed for me! Cutie pies!
One Of The Boys
Chase loves to get right in the middle of things with the boys and pretend he is a big boy just like them! I am glad he isn't scared - It is good for him!
Music
Every time Chase sees Josh listening to his Ipod he thinks he needs to listen too. They usually share and each have one head phone. He wants to be just like Daddy already!
Last Minute Sunday Supper
A few weeks ago at the last minute I threw together a supper. I called and told Mom I was bringing supper over and then decided to go ahead and call Tyson to see if they wanted to come too. They had been working on their house all day so I didn't figure they'd feel like cooking anyways. Sometimes spontaneous things are fun and less stressful.
It was bath night for Owen and he wanted to take a bath at Grandma's. It was Chase's bath night too so I just stuck him in with Owen. OH BOY!! Both of these boys loved it! They were non stop giggles and cuteness. The simple things that are great memories... : )
Biggest and Best
Chase's Daddy wants him to have the biggest and the best of everything and pretty much everything he wants. It isn't going to be good! Haha. We made a Walmart trip and Chase spotted this big ball. Of course - Josh thought he had to have it even though he already has multiple balls in different sizes. He does like it though!
