Walk It Out

Vanessa texted me after her Doctors appointment and said how far she had gotten and what not..so I texted her back and asked if we were walking her butt off or what?!  Haha - so we did.  She was getting along too easily though, darn it.  I kept saying I wanted to see her struggling so I knew we were getting closer.  Haha.

Baseball

The boys got quite used to nights at the ballpark.  It was kind of nice knowing where family would be when Josh was gone so I knew I'd have some people to go be around and spend time with.  Got the boys out of the house and in the fresh air too.
I love it.  Perioid.  : )
Chase kept looking down when I was trying to take their picture - so Owen just pushed his head up for him.  Haha.
Milo wouldn't sit still for anyone this evening except for Dad...as soon as Grandpa took him he just chilled out and snuggled.
They let Chase listen to Owen's headphones.  He didn't move the rest of the night.  That boy likes his music.

Father's Day 2013

Father's Day this year was such an awesome day.  I spent the day before at Mom's getting some yummy food ready while Josh was at work.  I saw these chicken bombs on pinterest and Josh thought they looked good so I made them for him.

First thing in the morning Milo was still asleep but Chase gave Daddy his card from them.
Kisses for Daddy!

Chase ran in to Duck's with me and I told him to pick something out for Daddy.  He picked out a HUGE Hershey's bar.  Josh was actually pretty excited about his choice!  : )
My attempt at a cute picture of them in their big brother and little brother shirts.

We spent the first half of the day relaxing and playing with the boys at home.
Around 3:00 we went over to Mom and Dad's and had food with the whole family.  These are 4 of the best Dad's I know.  I love them all so much!  ..and it was SO nice that they all got to be around for Father's Day!
Inside of the chicken bomb.  They were seriously amazing!  Everything was that day.  Awesome food for our awesome guys.  That is how I show my love - I feed.  Haha
Grandma was sharing some of the awesome food with Milo and he was LOVING it, of course!

I wanted a picture of all of us but Chase was busy playing and wouldn't come so we just took one with Milo only.

...and then about 5 minutes later Chase comes inside crying that he wants a picture.  Haha - he's so silly.
We went on a BIG family walk.  Everyone except Dad and a few of the boys went.  We were quite the crowd going down the road.
Mom pointed out the wishbone branch during our walk.  Kind of neat.
Isn't his little face the sweetest?!
After our walk Ms. Dodee Rose hung out in the garage with the adults while the boys were playing in the sprinkler.  Tristin was doing something on the scooter than kept making her laugh.  She really got going and showed off her adorable dimples.  : )

This is Chase's "Chasey's the MAN" pose.  Haha - he does it all the time.
He loved the sprinkler.  I'm so glad because last summer he wanted nothing to do with it.
Jeremy found Milo after he woke up from his nap.  I bet he got some sweet snuggles.  Jeremy is a fan of the babies..probably part of the reason why he had 6.  : )
That boy of ours drops his drawers and gets naked anywhere.  Someday he'll stop...right??  Haha

I wanted one last picture of the belly.  She was so done at this point.

Vanessa had the idea to go on a slow little Harley ride...so Josh and I tagged along.  I think she was hoping the bumps would help put her into labor.
We went on a nice slow little ride down through Sycamore Haven and back.  I walked inside after our ride and told Mom that I really enjoyed it..and then Vanessa walked in and said that it was awful!  Haha.  I think the belly made her uncomfortable.
I caught Cedric being really cute with Milo.  The bigger boys all get shy when they know you're watching them, though.
We were really working on getting the baby out so we went on yet another walk after our motorcycle ride.  Chase said "Essa push go go" so she actually pushed the stroller for a few blocks.  Crazy lady - I would've died if I was her.
Josh was eating a popsicle and I was holding Milo and he about dove out of my arms begging him for it.  Haha - this boy of ours likes to eat!
We ended the day at home with some sweet snuggles for Daddy.  It was a perfect day, really.  Little family time, big family time, awesome food, fresh air, exercise, laughs, snuggles.  Does it get any better?!

I am proud of the Daddy Josh is..and love that he is a guy worth looking up to for our boys.  Happy Father's Day 2013!

Chasey Owie Owie

Chase was playing with his Mr. Potato Head and put the little glasses on and said "Chasey Owie Owie".  How clever and observant is he?!  He is so smart it amazes me all the time.  He walked around like this for quite a while.  He had them on upside down too..which made it even cuter.  Haha!  I sent a picture to Tyson and Vanessa and Ness said that she showed Owen and he laughed too.  : )  Love that kid!

Fixing Cars

Josh got some new headlights and side lights for his car.  It was an early Father's Day present.  He spent some of the morning working on putting them in.  Chase of course was by his side watching him the whole time.  Shortly after Josh was done he got called in to work.  He packed up and we said our goodbyes.  Chase stayed outside to play for a little bit.  When I checked on him I found him with Daddy's tools and his little car and he was "working on his headlights" too!  OH MY GOODNESS!  How cute is that?!  Love it!

Yard Sales

Nauvoo had city wide yard sales so since Josh was home we went around and hit up most of them.  They were pretty crappy.  After going to West Point's yard sales every other town seems junky.  Chase caught on quickly though and was loving it.  He cried when we were done because he wanted to keep shopping.

Funny

Mom saw Milo like this so I hurried and grabbed the camera.  Haha!  I love the silly things they do!
What Mommy?!  I'm not INSIDE the toy basket...  : )

Date Night

Check out how we did date night.  Chicken lips and spinach pizza at Lips to Go.  OH YEAH!! It was amazing!

Pool Days

While Josh was gone I took the boys over to Amy's to hit up the pool.  She had her girls for a few weeks so I wanted to see them too.  This was our first time swimming this year and the water felt GREAT!  Milo was completely calm and just floated around loving life the whole time.  Awesome baby!
Chase wasn't sure about the water the whole time.  I couldn't really get him to do much.  He definitely has to warm up to things.
Ms. Marlia - pretty little lady #1
Ms. Mahria - pretty little lady #2
Marlia and Chase were more interested in digging through the toys than actually swimming.  I like to see Chase around other kids his same age.  It's cute how their minds work.
The next day Daddy was home and it was beautiful out again so we took the boys back over for another pool day.
Milo was super chill again.  He is my super easy baby.  ...and Daddy got Chase in the water!
I knew he just needed Daddy for rough him up a little bit.  : )

He was jumping in to us by the time we left.  Wohoo!
